Super Cub
This is a 1/3 scale beauty that could win 1st place in any scale contest. Built by Ed Mitchell and flown by Keith Klingebiel from the HCRC club in Columbia, MD. Balsa USA Supercub PA-18. D&B 3.7 Twin swinging a Mejzlik 22-10 prop. Kit was framed up by the late Ed Mitchell and finished by Scott Stewart using the Stitz covering and painting process. Kit was scaled after a Supercub located in California. |
