Introduction
This section is dedicated to the Beechcraft Staggerwing.  I have always loved this plane because of its style.  The negative staggered wings make it a very unique airplane.  Enjoy
Quintana's D-17
This is a great looking model built from the Royal Models kit. It has been highly modified with a full interior, main and tail retracts, and uses a Saito 91 FS engine. The model weighs 10 Lbs 8 oz and flies like a pattern ship. Builder Raul Quintana
Nick Hill's Electric Staggerwing
This is an electric staggerwing designed and built by Nick Hill. This is the prototype for his soon to be in production 35" D-17. Nick has a long tutorial on building this model at:

Don Ryan's G-17
This is a 64 inch model built from plans designed by Robert Sweitzer. The plans are sold by Vintage RC plans

Andrew Donatelli's Staggerwing
Andrew designed and built this model for a friend. This is a smooth flyer with no roll/yaw coupling enabling easy knife edge flight. Takeoffs are easy with no elevator needed when taxiing. The .46 FX is way more power than is needed in this plane, a .40 FP would be plenty of power. Specs: 48" wing, 5.5 lbs, OS 46 FX
